Process and technical development
The Air Liquide Group operates in over 70 countries and has many years of experience within the field of gases and gas technology. At Air Liquide Gas AB in Sweden, this has given us a unique knowledge bank, which is an invaluable resource for our customers.
Depending on your wishes, we offer technical collaboration, primarily in project form, where we review the gas technology to achieve a particular result in a process or the finished product. The aim could be to develop a completely new process or to improve an existing process.
Consultancy
Air Liquide offers consultancy relating to technical issues concerning gas use: short and occasional or more comprehensive and longer term projects - your needs determine what we do. Consultancy could be about the choice of gas, the setting of parameters with the aim of optimising processes or the choice of gas system and system components. Air Liquide can also offer training for relevant personnel. Finally, we offer our Gasrevision® audit, where we review your business to identify both financial and production-related improvements which can be achieved using gas and gas technology.
Training
We offer general courses on gas safety and gas handling, as well as customer-tailored courses, entirely adapted to suit your particular needs and wishes. These courses are normally group based, but we can also provide one-to-one training, e.g. prior to a particular task. Read more about safety training here.
Project engineering and design
Air Liquide carries out the project engineering and design of gas systems, encompassing everything from industrial quality gases to high purity gases. We also carry out project engineering and design for liquid gases and plants for the production of gases adjacent to the site where the gases will be used.
Installation
It is absolutely vital that a gas installation is carried out by specialists with a high level of expertise. Allowing Air Liquide to take responsibility for your installation will enable you to avoid costly operational stoppages and leaks, which can also compromise workplace safety.
Analysis services
Air Liquide takes samples of gases and gas mixtures at the source of the gas, in the gas system or at the point of combustion in order to determine the quality and composition of the gas. For these services, we use pre-prepared sampling devices. These services can also include the control and calibration of flow meters and regulators. Read more about analysis here.
